How long does it take for a KOC to receive money after requesting a withdrawal from the "Balance" feature?

Dear KOC partners,

When KOC makes a withdrawal request on the ZZP App, KOC will receive payment to the account number provided to ZZP according to ZZP's periodic payment schedule on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month.

1	From the 1st to the 9th	The 10th
2	From the 10th to the 19th	The 20th
3	From the 20th to the 29th	The 30th

Note:
1. If the payment receipt date falls on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday), public holidays, or Tet holidays, the payment receipt date will be the next working day.

2. If KOC has successfully requested a withdrawal on the App but has not yet received payment by the payment date, please contact ZZP's Customer Service team for support. Contact information:
