Payment policy for KOC on the ZZP app

Dear ZZP KOC Community,

To help KOCs feel more secure and operate more effectively on the app, the ZZP Team officially announces the Payment Policy for KOCs on the ZZP App (updated on 06/02/2026).

Important Points to Note

Personal Income Tax: KOCs are Service Providers. Service fees will be subject to a deduction of 10% Personal Income Tax before ZZP makes payment.
Request Time: KOCs can request withdrawals at any time of the day.
Request Limit: A maximum of 02 times/day and 10 times/month.
Withdrawal Limit:
- Per transaction: Minimum 20,000 VND - Maximum 1,000,000 VND.
- Per month: Total not exceeding 10,000,000 VND.
Scheduled Payment Dates: On the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month.
(If these dates fall on a weekend/holiday/Tet, requests will be processed on the next business day).
Method: Direct Bank Transfer.
* Note: ZZP is not responsible if KOC provides incorrect bank information.

Platform Fee	3,000 VND / withdrawal
Personal Income Tax	10% / total amount

Illustrative Example:

KOC has a balance of 2,000,000 VND and requests to withdraw 500,000 VND.

Withdrawal Request: 500,000 VND

Platform Fee: - 3,000 VND

Personal Income Tax (10%): - 50,000 VND

Net Amount Received: 447,000 VND
